How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and choose “Send order request”. This opens an email to us with your items. We reply to confirm price, shipping and payment before anything is charged.

Why do some tools say “Price to be confirmed”?

IRWIN and KNIPEX do not publish retail prices on their websites, so we confirm those prices with you by email.

Where does product information come from?
